okay, so when we got a new computer, my sister was looking around and found out that it had come with umm some kinda photoshop thingy on it! yup, so i decided to give it a try. i asked *loish if i could color her mermaids, (the lineart was so pretty and clean!) and she said yes, and so here they are! from left to right, cinderella, jasmin, ariel, aurora, bell, and snow white. i think bell came out the best. anyway, remember i just colored them! so if you want to comment on the beautiful art, go to *loish 's page! check out her colored version too! its sooo good! anyway, please let me know what you think about the coloring-- im trying really hard to improve!

thanks for coloring! i like the vivid colors, although i'd suggest maybe using more defined colors rather than making it all blurry. maybe start with cel shading next time instead of watercolory stuff. anyway, it's nice, the bright colors fit with the princesses really well! thanks for showing me!

sure, thanks for letting me color it! thanks for the tips too!! just.. one question, i never understood what cel shading is.. o_O do you use different kind of tools or something? im new to cging ^_^; thanks again! i'm glad you liked it and thank you so much for putting it in your favorites that was nice of you! =)

cel shading is just shading with solid color that doesn't blend as much, like in most animation films ^^ thank most japanese animation, with three basic skin tones: that's cel shading. does that make sense?

oooh. yeah that made perfect sense. so cel shading is a lot like sharper, i think that's the right word. less blending as you said. got it ^_^ thank you so much! i'll give that a shot. it sounds easier.

theres a part between snow whites arm, and a part between bell's arm that isn't colored.
